We've discontinued the Ellie Picks feature. Instead of receiving a random outfit if you didn’t make a selection, your subscription fee will now be saved as credits for you to use in the future.

How do Ellie VIP credits work?
As an Ellie VIP Subscriber, your subscription fee is converted into a credit applied to your account each month, unlocking access to exclusive member pricing. On the 5th of every month, unless you choose to skip, you’ll receive $49.95 in VIP credit t
How do I maintain my VIP Member Status and benefits?
As long as you have an active subscription, you’ll enjoy member benefits, including 50% off Must Haves. Be sure to log in to see your special pricing and offers.
Where can I find my loyalty card number?
Each month, you’ll receive an email with your total credit balance and your loyalty card number. Additionally, you can view your points through the pop-up widget on our website.
What happens if I have a grandfathered price?
If you have a grandfathered price, it will be maintained as long as you remain an active subscriber. Regardless of your billed amount, you will still receive a full VIP credit of $49.95 per month.
What benefits do I receive as an Ellie VIP Subscriber?

What should I expect if my Bill Date is after August 21st?
If your bill date is anytime after August 21, 2025, there will be no changes to the current subscription process, and your order will be processed as normal. Future purchases will follow the new process: your account will be charged on the 5th, and t
How will my credits be distributed if I'm on a 3-month plan?
Instead of receiving a $49.95 credit each month, you'll get the full amount of $149.85 at once, covering the entire 3-month period. You can choose to spend it all at once or spread it out over the three months—it's entirely up to you!
What about 2-Item Subscribers?
While the option to choose a 2-item combo is no longer available, current 2-Item Subscribers will continue to receive a full VIP credit at the 2-item price until they close their account.
How do I use and apply my VIP credit?
To use your credit, shop on Ellie.com and add your chosen items to your cart. At checkout, simply enter your loyalty card number in the “discount code or gift card” box, or you can also click on the "Apply Store Credit" button to apply your credit.
What is the new billing process?
We have updated the billing process. All subscribers will now be billed on the 5th of each month. If you prefer not to be billed for a particular month, just skip before the 4th.
What about my Ellie Rewards points? Can I use those too?
Absolutely! The Ellie Rewards points program remains unchanged. You can apply any accumulated rewards points, starting from 1,000 points, at checkout alongside your VIP credit.
Can I still choose my outfit each month?
Yes! But not like before. Now, you have even more flexibility with your subscription credit. You would shop the site (just like you would any other website), you can pick from a curated collection, create a mix-and-match outfit, or shop for must-have
What if I want to purchase something before my bill date?
If you want the credit to be available in your account as early as the 1st-4th of the month, just head on to your account and click 'SEND NOW'. This way, you will be immediately charged, and you will receive the available credit in the VIP credit bub
Can I get a refund on my subscription?
No, refunds are not available for subscriptions. However, items purchased with credits can be returned for store credit, which goes back into your credit pool.
