How Do You Skip The Month?Updated 2 months ago

To skip, simply sign in to your account, scroll over the Account tab, and you will see the option for Send now, Reschedule, or Skip. Then click "Skip" button and follow the instructions. Skipping the month can only be done during the 1st-4th of each month.

 If you have a change of heart and would like to make a purchase later, you can contact us via email or chat, and we would be happy to assist you in un-skipping the month. You can also visit the site at any time and shop our exclusives even after you've skipped the month. 

Please be sure to be on the lookout for your confirmation email of your skip.

If you do not get a confirmation email, it means your skip did not go through

successfully, and we ask that you contact our Customer Service immediately.
