It's important to us that you love your purchase. If you don't love your Ellie purchase for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return within 30 days of your order. The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that $5 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping.
Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow two weeks for your return package to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. Refunds to your VIP credit will appear within one billing statement.
3-month subscribers will receive a credit for a box on their prepaid subscription plan via VIP credit.
Please note: All sale items, water bottles, undergarments, and headwear are final sale.

3. Choose the item you wish to return
4. Choose the reason for your return
5. Click “Next”
6. Select how you would like us to proceed.
- Option 1: Replace with the same item.
- Option 2: Exchange for other items or refund directly.
7. Click "Next" to add more items to your return.
8. Once finalized, a pre-paid return label will be provided to you for processing.
